As a busy working mum I understand that fitting exercise in around your daily life can be a daunting task. I also understand that a gym environment isn’t for everyone and stepping inside one can feel intimidating, especially to beginners. Around the Corner Fitness provides a gentle approach if you want to improve your fitness level or get back into fitness after illness or pregnancy. I offer at home and outdoor sessions to not only help you lose weight and tone up, but also to help you gain confidence in fitness, nutrition and your health. Eating healthily and feeling fabulous shouldn’t be a chore!
When you book a session with Around the Corner Fitness you’ll receive a free one hour consultation. In the consultation we’ll talk through your aspirational goals and objectives and ascertain your current fitness and health status. From the information you give me I’ll then create a bespoke fitness plan just for you. As a qualified nutritionist I can also offer you advice on your diet if needed.
Personal Training Prices
Each sessions lasts 1 hour. Travel costs may apply depending on where you are based.
One-off session £30
Block of 4 sessions £110 (saving of £10)
Block of 8 sessions £220 (saving £20)
Buddy-ups: You can bring along a friend for £40 a session (£20 each)
